Meltdown Festival 2025: Little Simz Unveils an Epic Lineup

Little Simz has announced the first wave of artists for this year’s Meltdown Festival at Southbank Centre, June 12-22. This star-studded lineup will feature celebrated acts, culminating in a special performance from Little Simz herself.

The excitement is palpable as Little Simz reveals the first wave of artists for the highly anticipated Meltdown festival at London’s Southbank Centre. From iconic headliners to emerging talents, this year’s lineup promises an unforgettable music experience.

Get ready for an incredible celebration of music and art at the Meltdown Festival 2025! Spanning from June 12 to 22, this event hosted at the Southbank Centre is set to feature an astounding array of artists, curated by none other than Little Simz.

The festival kicks off with The Streets, led by Mike Skinner, who will electrify the Royal Festival Hall on June 12. Following them, festival-goers can look forward to performances from:

  • Lola Young on June 17
  • Ghetts on June 18
  • Jon Batiste, a multi-GRAMMY and Academy Award winner, on June 21

The Queen Elizabeth Hall will be graced by Sasha Keable with Flames Collective on June 14, and Yukimi, the vocalist of Little Dragon, on June 18.

As the festival draws to a close, Little Simz herself will take the stage on June 22, accompanied by the Chineke! Orchestra, to perform music from her forthcoming album Lotus.

Little Simz expresses her enthusiasm, stating, “My team and I are preparing eleven days of art, music, workshops and more. So many incredible artists have curated this festival so it’s a true honour to be a part of it. Thank you to the Southbank Centre for having me. Meltdown 2025 the Simz way is going to be epic. I’ll see you there!”

In addition to these stellar performances, the festival will spotlight a young producers project, showcasing emerging talent from across London. Stay tuned for a creative explosion in various public spaces!
