Apart from the album’s release, The Weeknd is about to intensify the Halloween season vibes with the announcement of the ‘The Weeknd: Nightmare Trilogy’, a specially curated horror experience at Universal Studios Hollywood. Running from September 5th to November 3rd, the immersive event is tipped to be a terrifyingly unforgettable adventure.
To the delight of international fans, The Weeknd will also present a spectacular livestream concert from the sold-out Estádio Morumbi in São Paulo, Brazil. The online performance is scheduled for the 7th of September at 5pm PT / 8pm ET and will be witnessed by fans worldwide through YouTube.
Embracing his philanthropic side, The Weeknd has committed to donate 10% of net proceeds from merchandise sales related to the concert to the Brazilian Soul Fund by BrazilFoundation.
