Indoor Pets Unleash Energetic Single ‘Stink Eye (My Joy Is Irrational)’ Ahead of Album Release

Indoor Pets have released a new single, ‘Stink Eye (My Joy Is Irrational)’, and it’s sure to get your feet tapping and head nodding. It’s the latest offering from their upcoming second album ‘Pathetic Apathetic’, set to hit the streets on 10th May.
After their successful debut album ‘Be Content’ which was released through Wichita Recordings in 2019, the band has inked a deal with Alcopop! Records for their next full-length project. ‘Stink Eye’ is not your average party anthem. Described by lead vocalist Jamie Glass as an “inner-monologue in an alt-rock wrapper,” this track encapsulates the existential ennui of a partygoer trapped in a celebration they’d rather skip.
With an infectious beat and sharp lyrics, Indoor Pets navigate the chaotic stream of consciousness that flood our minds when we’re socially ‘stuck’. Jamie Glass even jokes about the song’s potential use in a betting advert, reminding fans to “Please gamble responsibly.”
